Best Dressed this week

I love the Red Carpet Fashion Awards 'Best Dressed of the Week' poll every Friday. I wish it would go on earlier so I can place two votes - one at work, and one at home. But Nay, it never happens.

This week I was actually stunned to see Lily Allen wearing such a beautiful Prada dress, and with tights, I, like "Fashion Critic" hate tights - I think they should be 10 Denier if anything, and, of course, with a seam. Or Statement tights work, but not just plain black - boring and safe I feel.
Anyway The tights work with the Prada dress, I love the gothic chic look, her lipstick could have had a bit more of a tint to it, rather than just pasting her mouth with her foundation (It looks like she did anyway) but I feel overall, this look works for this week and Lily's body the best. Well done, Lily.
