Henry Holland who is one of the UK's most prolific up-and-coming designers with his House of Holland label, was signed on by British hosiery brand Pretty Polly to design a range of tights for autumn/winter 2009, made from sheer and opaque fabrics in a range of designs which reflect his flamboyant style.
